Mandatory
requirements for
participation

So that the course is the most efficient for you we have some requirements that will be obligatory:

Exclude any meat and dairy products during practice as well as 5 days before and after the course (exclude all animal products)

  

75-80% of our vitality goes to digesting food. A plant-based diet can reduce the burden on the digestive and metabolic systems and direct the released energy to accelerate the processes that transform our psycho physics.

 

Exclude alcohol and smoking during practice as well as 5 days before and after the course.

  

During the course, the nervous system is cleansed of accumulated tension and the mind programs. This is quite a serious burden on the body already. If you combine practice with taking alcohol or any other psychotropic substances, you risk worsening your well-being and health.

Do not eat 2 hours before the beginning of the practice. Limit the intake of fatty foods during the course.

 

After eating, our attention is diverted to digestion, so the subtlety and sensuousness of perception are lost. Thus, we slow down the regeneration processes of the body and lose the effectiveness of the practice.

 

You can’t be accepted to the course if you have serious addictions and psychological illnesses. If you have any questions regarding this point, please contact the administrator of this course before the registration.
